The Super Mario Bros. theme is arguably the most iconic video game music of all time, and John Petrucci is arguably the most iconic prog-metal guitarist of all time. So there’s a nice symmetry in watching Petrucci, guesting in a video for YouTube’s FamilyJules, rocking out on some Mario. Even if he looks more like Luigi.
