“What It Is” Is a Horrible New Solo Track from Korn’s Jonathan Davis

I can’t believe it never occurred to me ask this before, but: why does it always sound like someone was shaking Jonathan Davis while he was recording his vocals? It’s all I could think about while listening to Korn frontman’s new solo track, “What It Is.” Granted, I had to do something to distract myself from the pain of listening to the shitty music, and pondering Davis’ in-studio proclivities was a less-painful way to do so that hitting myself in the head repeatedly or whatever. But still. You shouldn’t shake a baby, and you shouldn’t shake Jonathan Davis.
