Corrosion of Conformity Release Their First New Song with Pepper Keenan Since 2005

Corrosion of Conformity have been promising to make a new album with Pepper Keenan pretty much forever. And by “forever,” I mean “since at least 2005,” when they made their last album with Ol’ Pep, In the Arms of God. Regardless, I’m sure fans will be stoked to learn that the group have announced they’ll release a Peppery new album, No Cross No Crown (no commas!), on January 12 via Nuclear Blast.

They’ve also unveiled the first single from the album, which is called, appropriately enough, “Cast the First Stone.” It sounds exactly how you’d expect it to sound: Southern rock-tinged no B.S. metal as made by a band prominently featuring a man called ‘Pepper.’
