Impending Doom are Still a Thing; Debut (Allegedly) New Song Live

Wow. Has it truly been four years since we last got to point out how incredibly tedious Impending Boredoom are? It feels as though it was so much more recent than that. I guess that’s probably because Impending Boredoom sound exactly like 2,391,872 other deathbore bands.

ANYWAY, the band debuted what is allegedly a new song, “The Wretched Godless,” during a live performance over the weekend. I say “allegedly” because… well. You know. It sounds exactly like every other song the band have ever produced.

If you’re a fan of this band, feel free to check out video of that performance below. And don’t take too much offense to my snarky comments about the group. They’re Christian, and I’m almost certainly one of the song’s titular bound-for-hell philistine. The Lord works in mysterious ways, but He has a plan. Right now, I’m here for a reason, but surely, I’ll get mine in the end.
