Video: The Black Dahlia Murder’s Trevor Strnad Plays New Album Nightbringers for NYC Tourists

Extreme metal isn’t exactly easy on the ears to the layperson. Sure, by now we’ve grown accustomed to the sweet, sweet sounds of bands like Dying Fetus, Anal Cunt and Prostitute Disfigurement, but even the slightest bit of screaming is enough to put off most normies.

In an attempt to strike fear into the hearts of visitors to our wonderful metropolis — or at the very least make them laugh and/or cry — we took The Black Dahlia Murder’s Trevor Strnad to one of the most swarming tourist meccas of them all, New York City’s Times Square. Then we foisted the band’s excellent new album Nightbringers upon their unsuspecting ears (as well as those of local working folk and random passersby) and… well, watch to find out what happened.
