Cannibal Corpse’s New Song “Code of the Slashers” Has a Music Video Now
Just hours after debuting their new song “Code of the Slashers,” Cannibal Corpse has now released a video for that track as well! Oh boy!!!
As a bonus, the Zev Deans-directed clip is actually quite educational as well. It centers around the plight of a small butcher service run by two friends as they struggle to get their product to the customers who crave it so mightily. Furthermore, both of the friends appear to be disabled (thereby requiring them to wear night vision goggles even during the day), making their eventual success all the more inspiring. “Code of the Slashers” is a true David and Goliath story.
(Actually, now that I typed all that… two friends… a business… disabled… hhhheeeeeyyyy wait a minute!)
Watch the video below. It contains fairly graphic depictions of how the sausage gets made, so you might not wanna watch it at work. Cannibal Corpse’s new album, Red Before Black, will be out November 3 on Metal Blade, and can be pre-ordered here. Cannibal Corpse goes on tour with Power Trip and Gatecreeper the very same day this album comes out! Get dates here.
