Veil of Maya Premiere New Song “Overthrow”

So, hey, remember how last week Veil of Maya announced a new album, False Idol? Well, they have now unveiled a single from that album! It’s called “Overthrow,” and it’s pretty great. Sure, it’s a fairly standard metalcore song, but it’s really the best possible version of a fairly standard metalcore song. It’s got a great hook, rad guitar acrobatics, driving bass n’ drums, soaring vocals, and a djelightfully djenty breakdown. It’s the catchiest song I’ve heard since ninety minutes ago. Today is a good day.
