Hatebreed Add Dying Fetus, Code Orange and Twitching Tongues to Fall Tour
This fall, Hatebreed will embark upon a joint anniversary tour on which they’ll be celebrating both the twentieth anniversary of their debut album Satisfaction is the Death of Desire and the fifteenth anniversary of their 2002 sophomore release Perseverance. The group will perform “a majority of songs from both albums, along with other fan favorites from across the entire Hatebreed catalogue.”
Just announced: joining them on the run will be Dying Fetus, Code Orange and Twitching Tongues. It’s a highly diggable lineup that makes a ton of sense, with Code Orange and Twitching Tongues bringing a bit of new-school hardcore to balance out Hatebreed’s OG approach (relatively, anyway). Dying Fetus may seem like the odd band out, and they kinda are, but if any traditional death metal band will go over well with Hatebreed fans, it’s them: their music’s got a superb groove to it that’s sure to keep the moshpit churning.
