Glacial Tomb, Featuring Current and Former Members of Khemmis and Abigail Williams, Release Cover of “Fuck Nazi Sympathy”
Hopefully you remember Glacial Tomb from when we first covered back in April. But if you need a refresher: this killer as fuck new project features Ben Hutcherson (Khemmis), Connor Woods (ex-Abigail Williams), and Mike Salazar (Cult of the Lost Cause), and as you may have guessed from its pedigree, their music both flays and fillets. It is not for the weak of heart.
This being the case, you may be able to imagine what Glacial Tomb could do with a song like Aus-Rotten’s “Fuck Nazi Sympathy,” a piece of music which is already exceedingly vicious.

In reality, the remorseless aural massacre that is Glacial Tomb’s cover of “Fuck Nazi Sympathy” may actually exceed your expectations for brutality. This. Track. Ain’t. Fucking. Around.
The mere fact that this cover exists, therefore, is newsworthy… but the news becomes even more worthy when you consider the group’s motivations for recording and releasing it. They don’t stand to make any money from this. They’re aware it will draw the ire of some of the metal community’s less tolerant members. They’re just trying to do their part to raise awareness, as we should all be doing right now.
Says the band in a statement:
“Fuck Nazi Sympathy” is, we hope, a sentiment that most can get behind. Our decision to cover this song was born out of two things: a love for Aus-Rotten and a disgust that white supremacists have become so emboldened that they gather in public and call for the extermination of our sisters, brothers, mothers, and fathers. We have no delusions about this recording changing the world, but we hope that it inspires others to use their art and myriad resources to make the world less of a giant dumpster fire. After all, aren’t things like resisting political domination by the elite and protecting the world(s) of music that we love part of the underground’s ethos?
