Exclusive Premiere: Casket Robbery Bring the Plague with “Pockets Lined With Flowers”

I’ve mentioned in the past that I’m a big fan of Madison, WI’s Casket Robbery, whose kinetic horror metal is a solid combination of my favorite elements from death, thrash, industrial, and goth.

Today, we’re pleased to premiere the new lyric video for “Pockets Lined With Flowers”, a track off of the band’s latest EP, The Ascension. As you’ll hear below, the track doesn’t bring as much of the spooky slasher music as their previous tracks did, but it makes up for it with pure crushing attack in the same vein as bands like Montana’s Walking Corpse Syndrome. The punch of death, the speed and groove of thrash, the chug of industrial–why not have them all at once?
