Avenged Sevenfold Release Cover of The Beach Boys’ “God Only Knows”
Avenged Sevenfold’s latest addition to their ever-expanding album The Stage is a cover of The Beach Boys’ “God Only Knows.” It’s actually pretty interesting; the first half is basically the song as you know it, and then it gets much more hard rock/metal. And you gotta give them credit just for picking a Beach Boys song to re-record… I mean, I can’t for the life of me remember the last time a prominent metal covered The Beach Boys.
