Here’s a New King Parrot Song, “Die Before You Die”

I’ll be honest: I really can’t understand what the fuck King Parrot vocalist Matthew Young is saying on the band’s newly released track, “Die Before You Die.”

But this much I know: it’s almost certainly brilliant/funny/awesome, as is everything this band does, and the song’s very title is proof enough of that. Die before you die? What the fuck does that even mean? I’m sure Young explains in more detail in the song, but… see aforementioned lyric comprehension problem.

Anyway, as with the previously released track “Ten Pounds of Shit in a Five Pound Bag” (also from King Parrot’s forthcoming album Ugly Produce), the song rips, thrashes, grinds and all the other things a King Parrot track is supposed to do. Both of them, as promised by the band, are an “odious pile of repulsive flavors.” Check out the new jam below.
