Metallica Sing “A Whole New World” from Aladdin in Latest Carpool Karaoke Clip

We’ve been waiting for Metallica’s appearance on Carpool Karaoke since the damned Superbowl. And now it’s finally here! You’ll need an Apple Music subscription to watch the whole thing, unfortunately, but the band’s just released another hilarious clip to whet your appetite.

In the latest segment we find our crew — driver Papa Het, host Billy Eichner riding shotgun and Kirk, Lars and Rob smooshed into the back seat — playing a version of the classic teenage game “Never Have I Ever” rejiggered as “Metal Have I Ever.” Topics discussed and songs sang include Paula Cole, frozen yogurt, “A Whole New World” and more. It’s fucking hilarious.

Previously released clips include the band singing “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid and Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” and the teaser featured Metallica singing their own “Enter Sandman” with the deli counter meat guy at the supermarket.
