Adrenaline Mob Involved in Bus Crash; One Dead, Six Injured
Adrenaline Mob were involved in a crash near Micanopy, FL earlier today while heading to a gig in St. Petersburg.
Gainesville.com reports that a tractor-trailer veered off I-75 and struck the band’s RV, which had pulled onto the highway’s shoulder to fix a flat tire.
One person died in the crash, although that person has not been identified. Of the nine people involved in the crash, six others were injured and taken to area hospitals while two declined treatment. Three of the injured were listed as being in critical condition while three were listed as stable. We know that the band’s sound guy, Robert Dressler, is not the deceased, as he described the crash to reporters.
There was also a van with a trailer that was traveling with the bus and had pulled over as well.
It is not known why the truck veered off the road. The driver declined to comment to reporters. The RV caught fire and has since burnt to a crisp, as you can see in the photos below.
