Mike Portnoy and John Moyer Confirm Adrenaline Mob Bassist David Z’s Death
David Zablidowsky, bassist of Adrenaline Mob, was killed in an RV crash today in Micanopy, FL.
The band were on their way to a perform a show in St. Petersburg, Florida when a semi-truck drifted off the road and struck their RV while it was stopped on the side of I-75 with a flat tire. Of the nine people involved in the wreck, six were injured, two declined medical treatment and one was killed. Former Adrenaline Mob and current Disturbed bassist John Moyer confirmed in a Facebook post that the person killed was David Z.
Mike Portnoy also tweeted about the death of his friend:

David Z joined Adrenaline Mob on April 21 of this year and formerly played in NYC club band ZO2. He and the other members of ZO2 also starred in 10-part comedy series called Z Rock, which ran on IFC in 2008
