The Night King from Game of Thrones Has His Own Spotify Playlist, and it’s Metal as Hell

HBO’s Game of Thrones finally returns this Sunday, and I can think of few better ways to get pumped up for the season premiere than this: a Spotify playlist by The Night King, the fearsome leader of the White Walkers. Unsurprisingly, it has a ton of metal on it, including tracks by Metallica, Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Slipknot, Slayer, Motörhead, Testament, Megadeth, Anthrax, and more. Interestingly, Killswitch Engage and Mastodon are not on the playlist, despite the fact that a) both bands, like Anthrax, contributed tracks to an official Game of Thrones mix tape, and b) Mastodon have been on the show as White Walkers! I guess The Night King cares not for his disciples. He’s even more evil than we thought.
