TesseracT and Behemoth Announce U.S. Headline Dates Between Other Tours
Sometimes even the best laid touring plans aren’t able to account for the needs of every band on every show, meaning alternative arrangements need to be made.
TesseracT are gonna be out on the road with Megadeth, Meshuggah and Lillake this summer, but just because the tour’s eleven dates don’t hit your city — why so short? — doesn’t mean you won’t get a chance to see them: TesseracT have just announced a few headline dates with the very-excellent Astronoid opening. The first serves to kill a day off while other bands on the tour are busy with plans that don’t involve them (pfffft!) while the second two get them back to the Northeast, after which they’ll presumably fly home to the UK:
7/05 Nashville, TN – Exit/In
7/12 Buffalo, NY – Waiting Room
7/13 Amityville, NY – Revolution Bar and Music Hall
Meanwhile, Behemoth have taken a similar approach by announcing three headline shows between their dates with Slayer and Lamb of God. Behemoth weren’t invited (or didn’t want) to take part in Rock USA 2017, which Slayer and Lamb of God are playing, so they just set up their own shows instead and filled in a later off-date while they were at it:
7/13 Minneapolis, MN @ Cabooze
7/14 Sioux Falls, SD @ Icon Lounge
7/19 Louisville, KY @ Mercury Ballroom
Great news for fans of TesseracT and Behemoth! What’s more, most of these cities aren’t ones the bands would typically play in… so if you live anywhere near them, better be sure to take full advantage.
