Demon Hunter Had THEIR Best First-Week Sales Numbers to Date, Too, So PPPPFFFFFTTTT

Demon Hunter, like Mastodon, enjoyed the highest first-week sales number of their career with their latest offering. Outlive, released the same day as The ‘Don’s Emperor of Sand, sold nearly 19,000 copies copies in its initial week, which The PRP says is about a thousand more copies than their last album, 2014’s Extremist, sold during the same time period.

I don’t have any of the fancy stats on physical units or full album downloads versus streaming and track-equivalent downloads like Vince did for Mastodon, so I don’t know what this says about Demon Hunter fans/metal fans as a whole. I do suspect that it means everyone in Demon Hunter is getting blown tonight, though.
