Every Time I Die are the Latest Metal Group to be Banned by Disney

It would appear that Every Time I Die are the latest metal act to get smashed with Disney’s ban hammer. This actually happened last week, but for some reason it didn’t make any news at that time:

Every Time I Die join a fine lineage of bands that are not allowed to play on Mouse House property, including Machine Head, Skeletonwitch, and Exmortus. But other than the fact that the word “die” is in their name, I can’t for the life of me imagine what it is about ETID that would offend Disney officials. It’s not as though they’re Cannibal Corpse or whatever.

If anyone manages to get an answer out of the Orlando House of Blues, let us know. Otherwise… I dunno, bookers, maybe it’s time to stop bothering with this stupid venue? I know you don’t wanna neglect Orlando-area fans, but let this be one of many lessons to them as to why you shouldn’t live in fucking Orlando.
