Listen to Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello Guest on One of the Last Songs Chuck Berry Ever Recorded

Chuck Berry left the world one last gift before he passed away last week: his final album, Chuck, will drop on June 16. Berry’s importance to the history of rock n’ roll means this last release should of interest to anyone regardless, but now metal fans have a special reason to take note: the just-released “Big Boys” features one Mr. Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine (also Nathaniel Rateliff of Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, but that’s got nothing to do with metal).

Unfortunately, Morello doesn’t make any of the ray gun noises for which he’s known on the track. Still, it’s a damn fine, crazy fun boogie-woogie tune, and worth a listen. Enjoy:
