Avenged Sevenfold Announce Metallica Off-Dates with Volbeat and A Day to Remember
The pussies in Metallica are getting old and soft and they miss their families (aw, boo-hoo), so they’re only playing fifty days out of the year now. As a result, their massive summer stadium tour with Avenged Sevenfold, Volbeat, and Gojira has a bunch of days off. Which leaves those other three bands that aren’t Metallica in a bit of a pickle, because they’re not old and soft and they don’t miss their families.
Consequently, A7X have announced a handful of shows which will take place in-between dates with Metallica. Some of these shows are with Volbeat. Some of them are with A Day to Remember. None of them are with Gojira, which is too bad — it would be fun to watch a California band that wrote a pro-Iraq war anthem play back-t0-back with French spiritual environmentalists.
