Arch Enemy Recording New Album, Out Sometime in September?

Arch Enemy got a lot of press back in 2014 when Alissa White-Gluz took over Angela Gossow’s position as the group’s new vocalist (don’t worry, Gossow has some plans in the works for herself). So far Alissa has proven she’s a worthy head to take over the reigns, but what happens when you throw Jeff Loomis into the mix?

Considering this is the first album he’ll be involved in as far as writing and recording goes, what will the new album sound like? We’re going to have wait a bit to find out for sure, but it looks like Arch Enemy are in the process of recording right now.

Michael Amott took to Twitter to respond to fan inquiry about the new album and said this about the upcoming release:

September, eh? Obviously, this is far from set in stone but we’re pretty excited nonetheless.
