A Perfect Circle Announce Spring Tour

As promised this past November, A Perfect Circle will tour the U.S. this year. Guitarist Billy Howerdel also says that the band has begun work on their first album since 2003’s The Thirteenth Step (unless you count 2004’s eMOTIVe, which no one does because it’s mostly covers and mostly lackluster). Hopefully the band will perform some new material on this trek, but who knows. I think the real question is: Can they get their new record out before Tool?
