Retro Hard Rock Band Tower Have Arrived, and they Just Want To “Party (Ready to Roll)”
Maybe some of you have heard of Tower — they’ve been burning up the rock scene in NYC for a while now — but if not, here’s your opportunity: the band has just released the first single from their upcoming self-titled debut studio release. The track is called “Party (Ready to Roll)” and it’s basically the equivalent of putting a 5-Hour Energy shot right into your ear canals.
Tower sounds like they’ve gathered a lot of inspiration from early ’80s hair metal acts like Twisted Sister and Motley Crüe and blended it with more modern day retro acts like The Darkness and Holy Grail. There’s a lot to enjoy about this band: whether it’s the fun guitar riffs, the thick Janis Joplinesque vocals, or the track’s overall fresh take on a familiar sound, you’re bound to find something that will bring a smile to your face.
As always, you can see the vid below. Tower’s self-titled release is out 10/28 via The End records. If you like what you’re hearing you can find more information about the band and the upcoming release here.
