Periphery Get Holy In Their Prayer Position

It seems like every other day we get a new Periphery song off of P3, doesn’t it? Let’s make a list of what we have so far: first we got “Flatline,” then we had the almighty “Marigold,” then “Motormouth” and now ” Prayer Position.” And those are only the ones we covered here on MetalSucks. They’ve also dropped “The Way The News Goes” and “The Price Is Wrong,” which means that six of P3‘s 11 tracks are available for your listening pleasure, and the album doesn’t even come out until Friday.

So what about “Prayer Position,” then? It should come as no surprise that it rocks. The riffs are super catchy and so is the chorus. We’ve got the typical healthy mix of cleans and screaming, so in addition to all the hooks we’re looking at a pretty good track here. After six good singles it’s hard to deny that we’re pretty excited for P3.
