Meek is Murder Keep Making “The Same Mistakes”
Brooklyn’s Meek is Murder premiered a new video for their song “The Same Mistakes” over at New Noise. It’s a humorous take on the daily struggles we can all relate to shot entirely from a SnorriCam perspective.
The video portrays vocalist/guitarist Mike Keller as he confronts a generally shitty day in NYC. His bike is stolen, the bus blows right past him and he narrowly misses the subway. There’s a bit of slapstick incorporated as well. We’ve all certainly had those days where everything seems to be going wrong, and this short pays tribute to exactly that.
The video was produced, shot, and edited all in the span of eight hours. Sounds like one helluva challenge to say the least, but the product speaks for itself. It’s an entertaining watch that goes surprisingly well with the music behind it while offering a funny outlook at everyone’s worst moments.
