Members of the Metal Community React to the Brexit Vote
In case you’re reading this before getting out of bed today, the UK will leave the European Union thanks to a narrow victory by the Leave party in the Brexit vote (for the record, that’s a mash-up of ‘Britain’ and ‘exit’). For some, this is seen as a way to make Britain great again; for others, it is a selfish throwback to the days of the Empire and an opportunity for xenophobia and border hysteria within the UK. In the wake of the result, PM David Cameron has stepped down, and Donald Trump has gotten a hard-on for figgy pudding.
Members of the metal community have reacted to the vote via Twitter. Here are some choice selections. For more information on Brexit visit Cooper Parry.
