Fuck Yeah, a Metal Cover of the Bram Stoker’s Dracula Theme

0

Dracula is my Eddie. As a kid raised on Lugosi and Lee, I will always have a deep-seated love of vampires, and the Count especially (if I haven’t made this hugely apparent already).

And while I don’t consider 1992’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula the best film adaptation of Stoker’s classic, there are a lot of fantastic things about it–the performances by Gary Oldman and Anthony Hopkins, the gorgeous set design, and the main theme music penned by composer Wojciech Kilar.

So I was delighted to discover today that Eric Calderone, AKA 331ERock, has posted a metal rendition of this menacing theme. You might remember Eric for his metal covers of the Harry Potter theme, the Benny Hill theme, and the Mister Rogers theme (which is by far scarier than his Dracula cover thanks to the sweater). Well, this one might be his best, seeing as it suits his style of playing better than the others.

Whip your suspiciously ass-like hair to the track below. Meanwhile, if you have music about vampires that you’d like to share, send it my way so I can creep through the shadows to it like a total asshole.
