Eternal Sleep’s “Red Herring” Will Wake You the Fuck Up

There is nothing complicated or sophisticated about “Red Herring,” the new song from Pittsburgh hardcore outfit Eternal Sleep. That’s not a knock: this band clearly has a knack for accessing some neanderthal code buried deep within our DNA — a code which says, “Hey, cause as much fucking destruction as you can right now.” Which is actually trickier than it sounds; there seem to be a hundred Emmures for every one Xibalba.

Which is all just a way of saying you should listen to “Red Herring” — which you can do below, courtesy of Lambgoat. It is one ice cold cock slap of a song. If you’re feeling sluggish, it’s like ten energy drinks in aural form. If you’re not feeling sluggish, it’s like cocaine. You’ve been warned.
