Rock Into Your Week With Two Dunsmuir Singles

What happens when you take Neil Fallon (Clutch), Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath, Dio, Heaven & Hell, etc.), Brad Davis (Fu Manchu), and Dave Bone (The Company Band) and let them write music together? You get something good. You get Dunsmuir, a rock super group featuring… Well, I already told you. The two singles we have been blessed with are called “Our Only Master” and “The Bats (Are Hungry Tonight).

Of these two, I like “Our Only Master” better because it has a rather obvious “Painkiller” feel to it, just without the high-flying vocals and leather outfits of Rob Halford. It’s too bad that Neil Fallon didn’t just go for some high vocals because the only thing better than hearing a HYEEEEEAHHHH from Halford is hearing someone else try to imitate it.

That being said, both songs are great and if you haven’t had your rock fix this Monday, Dunsmuir are sure to take care of that for you. So crank them speakers up and rock like a goddamn champion.
