The New Death Angel Song Will Give You “Cause for Alarm”

The upcoming new Death Angel album, The Evil Divide, is shaping up to be a real rager. We heard the first new track, “The Moth,” last week, and it blew us away.

Now the band has released another song, “Cause for Alarm,” and guess what? It also kicks asses all over the room. While plenty of other thrash bands came back to make one or two good albums before pumping out a lot of rehashed chugalug parts, these dudes just keep making cool, dynamic, fucking killer thrash that gets at what I really want from thrash–big riffs, big choruses, metal you can move to. Big props to these guys for keeping it real and keeping it interesting.
