Usually, public fights between bands and promoters are a total bummer. So it’s nice to have this rare example of such a conflict being hilarious: the highly skilled trolls in Old Man Gloom have been talking shit about Southwest Terror Fest on Facebook, and vice versa. Sumac, of course, features Old Man Gloom’s Aaron Turner (also of Isis fame). In case that whole gag about “You get what you pay for” flew over your head.
ANYWAY, this has obviously been resolved to whatever extent it’s going to resolved. Just don’t hope to Old Man Gloom at Southwest Terror Fest anytime soon.
