Boy, This New Rob Zombie Song Sucks

Rob Zombie’s new single is called “The Hideous Exhibitions of a Dedicated Gore Whore,” but when I first saw the title, my mind played a mean trick on me: I honestly thought the track was called “The Hideous Exhibitions of a Dedicated Goat Whore.” I was very excited by the idea of Mr. Zombie penning a song about Goatwhore.

The song, of course, is not about Goatwhore.

I haven’t listened to the lyrics very carefully, but I assume the song is about horror movies and sex. I’m surprised it’s not called “The Hideous Exhibitions of a Dedicated Hot Rod Goat Whore.” I guess when you only ever write about three subjects, you don’t wanna blow your whole wad on one song.

ANYWAY, it’s probably just as well that the song isn’t about Goatwhore. It would be pretty embarrassing to write a song about Goatwhore that was only 1/1,oooth as good as an actual Goatwhore song.

Rob Zombie’s new album, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser*, comes out April 29. It does not feature any guest appearances from Goatwhore.
