John 5 Releases Rad Stop Motion Video Featuring Classic Universal Monsters

I think it’s safe to say that John 5’s new video for his track “Making Monsters” is an early contender for Best Metal Video of 2016. The live action footage, which was directed by Matt Zane, is nothing special, but the animation, which was directed by Johnny Coffin (né Jonathan Catafalque, Jr.) — the founder of Coffin Case — is so friggin’ cool. Apparently, the clip took six months to make. It was well worth the effort.
