And the New Vocalist for Skeletonwitch is…

…Adam Clemans from Wolvhammer!

Clemans, of course, takes the place of Chance Garnette, who split with the band last year. Andy Horn (Cannabis Corpse, Battlemaster) had toured with the band at that time and a lot of us assumed he’d end up with the gig full-time. And that’s why you should never assume anything!

Clemans will make his live debut with the band on The Decibel Magazine tour (also featuring Abbath, High on Fire, and Tribulation), which kicks off next month. Get dates here.

AND…

Clemans’ will make his recording debut with the band on a new EP they recently recorded with Kevin Bernsten (Magrudergrind, Noisem, Mutilation Rites). The EP won’t be out ’til sometime this summer, but you can hear some new music in the below video, in which Clemans discusses joining The ‘Witch. The music sounds pretty good to me. I dunno what this means for the future of Wolvhammer, but I imagine Clemans is gonna do a killer job fronting SW. We’ll know for sure soon enough!
