The Line-Up for Maryland Deathfest 2016 Fucking Rules
Missing Maryland Deathfest 2015 wasn’t a huge deal for me. It wasn’t just that I’d recently left the East Coast and would therefore have to pay a buttload of money to attend, there just weren’t any bands who I’d never seen and who were really make-or-break for me. As I watched my friends raging via Twitter and Instagram, I resigned myself to the fact that maybe I was done with MDF.
But man, the organizers of the festival have just posted the line-up for MDF 2016, and ho-leeee shit, this is one Hell of a line-up. Here’s a smattering of the bands playing this coming Memorial Day weekend:

But fuck, man, WHAT a smattering! Hell, even discounting the heavy hitters, the more underground acts playing the fest pack one hell of a wallop. Jungle Rot? General Surgery? Dragged Into Sunlight? Sign me up. Guess I have start saving that sweet blog money for a plane ticket and approximately 168 Natty Bohs at this point.
