Needless to say, this ignited something of an internet comment section firestorm… but what makes this particular internet comment section firestorm noteworthy is the fact that a lot of the people involved were notable members of the metal community — specifically, Misha’s Periphery bandmate Jake Bowen, Chris Letchford (Scale the Summit), producer Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, The Black Dahlia Murder),
Below are screencaps of the parts of the discussion involving said notable members of the metal community. Even though this is all public record, I’ve obscured the name of people who aren’t technically public figures because no one has threatened to sue us this week and I’d like to keep it that way.
