Megadeth Begin the Countdown to Extinction Their New Album

If you head on over to Megadeth’s website, you’ll be greeted by a clock, which is counting down to… something. According to Blabbermouth, at the end of the countdown, there “is expected to be an announcement of the first details of the group’s forthcoming fifteenth studio album, tentatively due in early 2016.” Which seems about right.

Hopefully that announcement will come with a single, too. If this album sucks as bad as Super Collider, it would be nice to know ASAP, lest we get our hopes up for something good or even just, y’know, listenable.
