Between the Buried and Me, Enslaved, Intronaut and Native Construct: Fall 2015 Tour Dates Announced!
“Fantasy Touring Lineups” is always a fun game to play. More often than not those dreamy lineups you come up with whilst stoned on your buddy’s couch match bands that don’t have much to do with one other genre-wise. So, while it’d certainly be fun (for example) to see a stacked death metal bill featuring Dying Fetus, Devourment, Cannibal Corpse and Cattle Decapitation together in one night, we’ve always argued that it’s even MORE fun when you end up with a complete potpourri. Makes it easier on the eyes and ears, too; love it as though we do, there’s only so much brutal death we can handle in one sitting.
Which is why Between the Buried and Me’s fall tour lineup is extra exciting: it combines the best of both worlds! Enslaved, Intronaut and Native Construct will join the trek. Sure, all the bands could be loosely lumped into the “prog metal” grouping, but they each bring a different type of nerdy goodness to the table. There’s not a dud in the lot, and these are going to be some very, VERY fun (and very, VERY high) shows indeed.
