New Teenage Time Killers Track Features Dave Grohl and Clutch’s Neil Fallon
It’s hard to believe that the Teenage Time Killers album — the new project from Corrosion Of Conformity’s Reed Mullins, My Ruin’s Mick Murphy, and producer/engineer John “Lou” Lousteau (Stone Sour, Shadows Fall, Danko Jones) and a motley crew of famous guest musicians — still hasn’t been released, seeing as the band put out their first track back in April (featuring Randy Blythe and Dave Grohl) and we’d been hearing about it since way before that.
But ’tis true; Greatest Hits Vol. 1 comes out on July 31, still a week and a half away. In addition to the above mentioned track we’ve also heard “Barrio,” featuring Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio and Brian Baker of Bad Religion, and today we get “Crowned by the Light of the Sun” with Clutch crooner Neil Fallon, Dave Grohl on bass and Jim Rota of Fireball Ministry on guitar. It’s a damn fun track — appropriately Clutchian, given its vocalist — and probably one of the heaviest the album will offer. Dat riff!
