The Safety Fire Burn Out

In April, The Safety Fire attempted to tell the world that they were breaking up. Unfortunately, with all due respect to these very and talented chaps, they actually picked the worst possible date to break the news.

Needless to say, no one took the band seriously.

Alas, we should have! ‘Cause the band has now specified that they weren’t dicking around three-and-a-half months ago:

I don’t know why the band has decided to throw in the towel, but I do know this: in doing so, they have broken a whole lotta hearts. Sayonara, fellas.
