Christian Homophobes Furious at Stryper’s Michael Sweet for Supporting Gay Marriage

I give Stryper shit for being Christian and for being terrible, but I gotta tip my hat to Michael Sweet, the band’s vocalist and guitarist: on June 27 — the same day the Supreme Court released their ruling in favor of same-sex marriage — Sweet separated himself from the For Todays of the world, who preach, but do not practice, Jesus’ message of love.

The silver lining — ’cause you know I’m all about silver linings!!! — is that there are no Stryper fans under the age of ninety. Meaning these knuckle dragging schmucks will all die out soon. Then we’ll just have to worry about all the Impending Doom fans!
