Disturbed: Brand New Album, Brand New Single, Same Old Sh*t

Well, I’ve got bad news and I’ve got bad news. The bad news is, Disturbed have announced that their hiatus is over, as everyone suspected they would. And the bad news is, they’ve already recorded a new album, Immortalized, which they’ll have out before the end of the summer. In fact, they’ve already released a new single, “The Vengeful One,” complete with an insanely cheesy, cheap-looking music video in which their mascot rides a motorcycle, Big Brother watches us all, a young woman named Hope is disillusioned (seriously — her name is Hope), and the listener begs for a quick death. You can check it out below, or just listen to any other Disturbed song ever, because the band may be coming off of a four year break, but that doesn’t mean that they’re suddenly going to start writing a different song — not when the old one continues to be popular with fans so long as they just kinda-sorta change the lyrics every time.

Holy fuck, that was awful. Fingers crossed, it’s the worst piece of shitty shit shit we hear all day.
