Too Soon? David Lee Rothmund’s Best of 2015… So Far

So every year turns out to be the best year for metal. No fuckin’ shocker then that this year is the best year for metal! I mean, consider the list below: bomb-ass back metal releases from Wiegedood and Misþyrming and Ghost Bath, bomb-ass post-metal releases from Callisto and Sannhet, and then a bomb-ass Elder release from none other than, uh, Elder. Seriously, if you only have time for one, check out Elder. Anyway, you’re like “OMG DLR, where the hell are all the djent djams and technical ragecore albums?” It’s okay — it’s a good question — but 2015 will be the year of more serious/inner pursuits. Rock it.
