Night Flight Orchestra’s highly-hyped sophomore album Skyline Whispers is here! It came out on June 9th, in fact, and somehow I completely spaced. I know, I’m a dummy. Considering how much I liked their debut you’d think I’d be more on top of it, right? Nope. Like I said, I’m a dummy.

So how does Skyline Whispers stack up against 2012’s absolutely mind-blowing dad rock masterpiece Internal Affairs? Well, I don’t know yet, because I’m listening to it right now for the first time right along with you. I liked the two songs the band put out prior to release, so I’m optimistic they’ll nail that same mojo again.
