Exclusive Full Album Stream: Maruta’s Remain Dystopian

It’s been four long years since their last album, but those Floridian gods of grind known as Maruta are back, and they’re back in a big, big way. Remain Dystopian, their debut release for Relapse Records, was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Scott Hull, and features guest appearances from two of his bandmates, J.R. Hayes (Pig Destroyer) and Jay Randall (Agoraphobic Nosebleed), plus some special vocals and lyrics by At the Gates’ Tomas Lindberg.

And the craziest part is, all that shit is just icing on the cake! Remain Dystopian is the kind of record that will rip your jaw clean off and then tear your eyes from their sockets but leave them attached and dangling so you can admire your own tongue as it flops around making horrible gurgling noises. Or, put more succinctly: it’s one of the best grind albums of 2015.
