New Gallows Track “Leviathan Rot” Brings the Mosh
In 2012, I wrote this about Gallows and their then-new track “Last June:”
I like Gallows! I’m not usually a hardcorenik, but Gallows occupy the same hardcore-meets-metal middleground as Cancer Bats, a bruising, rollicking, blues-tinged moshfest that gets bodies movin’ and fists a flyin’.
I think Gallows guitarist Laurent Bernard may have me beat, though. When asked to describe the band’s new song “Leviathan Rot” — now streaming at Sub Stream Magazine — Bernard offered this:
It’s a punk-fueled riff monster that eats people with zero fucks given.
YES. So much yes!
Like all Gallows music I’ve ever heard, this song just gets me going and I absolutely love it! Stream it below. New album Desolution Sounds comes out on April 14th via Bridge Nine Records and can be pre-ordered here.
