Listen In: Mastodon Drummer Brann Dailor is a Guest DJ on Radio Station WFMU Right Now!

Radio station WFMU is known through the New York area for all sorts of outside-the-box programming, so it’s not surprising to learn that DJ Diane Farris has invited Mastodon drummer Brann Dailor to guest DJ on today’s edition of “Diane’s Kamikaze Fun Machine,” on the air right now! Still, I have this chip on my shoulder about any exposure for metal in the [relative] mainstream, and I get excited any time a metal artist is invited into the studio on such a well-respected station. A press release promises that Dailor will be spinning “a bunch of Mastodon and other Brann-related tunes,” and knowing Brann’s eclectic taste we’re sure there will be some interesting stuff included.
