Shannon Wright to Make Young Widows Out of The Austerity Program and Tropical Trash
Everything about this is good news.
Young Widows, the not-quite-metal band that Vince once declared to be “mesmerizing live,” will hit the road with noise rock chanteuse Shannon Wright this March, and depending on which show is coming to your town, support will either be supplied by The Austerity Program or Tropical Trash. We are, of course, massive fans of The Austerity Program here at MetalSucks; personally, I didn’t know who Shannon Wright was until this tour was announced, but I am now hooked on her 2013 album, In Film Sound. I haven’t had a chance to check out Tropical Trash yet, but I assume they’re awesome because everyone else on this tour is awesome.
So, like I said. All good news.
