Okay, okay, so my headline is BS. According to the band, the song is actually about “about how you can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it.” But that would have been apparent to you by the time vocalist Fozzy Bear shouts “THE WORLD CAN SUCK MY DICK!” This, of course, is a clever reference to Back to the Future, which features the recurring line “If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything”: as movie geeks are no doubt already aware, in the original screenplay for the film, the line was actually “The world can suck your dick.”
